As a Travel Coordinator, you will oversee the planning and execution of employee travel, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service. Building strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and transportation providers is a core part of the role, helping to secure reliable services for the company. You'll also be responsible for managing expense reconciliations, tracking travel costs, resolving billing issues, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Your role is essential in supporting smooth and stress-free travel experiences for FAST employees.
0-3 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly resolve travel disruptions or booking issues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
