Responsibilities

As a Travel & Office Administrative Intern, you will support both our office operations and our corporate travel program. This hybrid position offers hands-on experience in travel coordination, office administration, visitor engagement, and project-based support. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, reliable, adaptable, organized, and ready to take on a wide range of tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in business administration, operations, hospitality, or travel management.

 

Travel Coordination Support

  • Assist FAST’s travel team with employee travel arrangements, including booking, reconciliation, and travel support.
  • Communicate with employees, managers, and vendors regarding travel-related questions or updates.
  • Provide support and customer service to employees to ensure a smooth travel process.
  • Organize, analyze, and collect data for reporting including reconciling travel expense.
  • Support the travel team with project-based tasks.

General Administrative Support

  • Assist employees with day-to-day administrative needs to ensure they have the resources, supplies, and information required to work effectively.
  • Greet employees, visitors, and vendors as they enter the building, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Accept, sign for, and collect packages and deliveries for the office.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, management, hospitality, social science, or related field.
  • 3.0 minimum GPA.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
