Qualified candidates will join our Baton Rouge, Louisiana location and work fully in-office. There may be opportunities to relocate to other project locations throughout the US later on in their career.
As a Training & Testing Coordintaor Coordinator, you will be a key part of FAST’s project implementation teams, ensuring the quality and reliability of FAST’s software solutions and that end-users are fully prepared to use FAST’s software. Your responsibilities will include:
Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional/Curriculum Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (technical training or experience in other fields will be considered).
3.0 minimum GPA.
Ability to absorb complex technical information and present it in an easy-to-understand format.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Personal qualities of integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm to inspire learners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and collaborate with a range of professionals.
Confidence in managing projects, organizing tasks, and meeting deadlines, with a demonstrated ability to work in a professional setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, for creating and managing training documents.
