Responsibilities

As a Video Producer at FAST, you will strengthen our digital media communication internally within the company and externally with clients, prospective clients, and recruits. The Video Producer’s responsibilities include all aspects of multimedia ideation, creation, and editing of content. This position will work with FAST colleagues and clients and independently produce and develop professional-quality media communications and content in alignment with the FAST brand standards. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, open to feedback, and strives to be a supportive, positive member of the graphics team. Your responsibilities will include:

 

Multimedia Production: Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for client stories, internal company videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training, and other projects. Support livestream broadcasting to a variety of audiences.

 

Technical aspects of media communication:

  • Recording and editing of audio/video content, editing footage and sound files.
  • Capturing/importing media content.
  • Preparing content for final output.
  • Creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx etc.

Project & File Management: Organize, archive, and maintain raw media and project files, adjusting priorities to meet tight deadlines as needed. Additionally, manage resources and production schedules for various digital media projects.

 

Planning and execution of video shoots: This includes location scouting, participant coordination, and resource scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in fine arts or related field.

  • 3.0 minimum GPA.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.

  • Strong technical knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines, having the ability to shift priorities as needed.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Creative thinker with strong artistic sensibility.

  • Willing to participate in occasional travel for filming purposes.

  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating a variety of projects and your design capabilities (must provide link to portfolio).

  • Motion graphics and photography experience preferred but not required.
