As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a key role in managing critical HR functions including candidate offers, new hire onboarding, and benefits administration. You’ll guide new hires through the onboarding process by coordinating background checks, completing I-9 and E-Verify documentation, and presenting benefits programs. You will be working with HRIS systems such as ADP, iCIMS, and internal platforms to ensure accurate employee data management and compliance with labor laws. You’ll also support offboarding processes, lead employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to strategic discussions around retention and workforce planning. This position is full-time, in-person based at our headquarters in Centennial, CO.
Complete the onboarding process for new hires. This may include uploading candidate information into the appropriate internal systems, conducting background checks, discussing benefit programs, completing I-9 and E-Verify documentation, etc.
Present benefit programs to new hire classes and approve submissions and enrollments accordingly.
Work effectively in multiple HRIS systems including ADP, iCIMS, and FAST’s proprietary system.
Ensure that HR practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations
Assist with creating and implementing company policies and procedures.
Manage resignation and termination meetings. Present and explain exit paperwork to ensure a smooth transition.
Spearhead company-wide engagement initiatives to improve morale and connect employees from around the U.S. and globally.
Conduct and analyze salary research within the industry.
Regularly discuss and strategize with leadership regarding growth, retention, and employee success planning.
Obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
Possess 0-3 years of previous experience.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Possess a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and openness to asking questions.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with various departments.
Ability to succeed in a challenging, fast-paced, and professional environment.
Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
