We have expanded beyond Tax and now also perform implementations for Motor Vehicle, Driver License, Unemployment Insurance, and Child Support Engagement agencies.

Responsibilities

Testing Coordinators are an integral part of FAST’s project implementation teams and need to have strong organizational, technical, analytical and communication skills. Typically, they coordinate system testing and quality assurance activities on the project, including planning, management, and execution of the process. Testing Coordinators’ responsibilities include testing planning and scheduling, test scenario writing coordination, tester training and support, test lab management, testing progress monitoring and reporting. Testing Coordinator's may also be involved with training project staff and assisting with end user training preparations. 

 

Qualified candidates will join one of our locations and work fully in-office. All candidates should be flexible in regard to work location and comfortable working on site with clients.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, instructional/curriculum design, computer science or business administration (graduates from all areas of study with technical training or experience will be considered)
  • 3.0 minimum GPA
  • Ability to assimilate technically complex information and express it clearly
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Personal integrity, confidence, and enthusiasm
  • Expert user in Microsoft Office Suite
