Your FAST career has a meaningful and lasting social impact.

Responsibilities

Technical Communicators at FAST leverage a variety of skills to perform tasks across the spectrum from technical writing to instructional design. Tasks can include creating and maintaining online help, policy and procedure documentation, and technical reference materials. Tasks also include building computer-based training courses for the end-users of our software as well as creating and coordinating learning experiences and course content focused on internal employee development. Most team members will focus their work within a subset of the activities above; however, cross training across all areas of the team is encouraged and supported.

Initially, a Technical Communicator will start at one of our project locations throughout the U.S. to gain experience in our software and with our client. You will spend approximately 6 months to 1 year on a project, then join our core Documentation and Training team at our Headquarters in Centennial, CO.
