Fast Enterprises is a provider of essential software and services for citizens and government. In 1998, we changed the way government revenue agencies support their business with the introduction of GenTax®. We have expanded beyond Tax and now also perform implementations for Motor Vehicle, Driver License, Unemployment Insurance, and Child Support Engagement agencies.

The Weekday Night Computer Operator will be primarily responsible for monitoring computer system activity, addressing problems and escalating issues. In addition, there are limited help desk responsibilities with the potential to participate in tasks for corporate system administration at our Headquarters in Centennial, CO. 

To excel in this role, attention to detail, the ability to remain focused during long shifts, and strong organizational and time management skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication, effective problem-solving skills, and reliability are also highly valued qualities that we seek in our Weekday Night Computer Operators.

Work Schedule:

• Full Time, 40 hours/per week
• Monday to Friday/Saturday, 11:00pm to 7:30am (3rd Shift)

Responsibilities will include:

• Executing and monitoring nightly data processing jobs.
• Providing ongoing system health and monitoring for FAST's Devices. 
• Escalation of identification issues within FAST's systems. 
• Acting as Customer Service Representative to external clients when required.
• Assisting internal employees with basic Help Desk activities such as password resets, account unlocks, etc. 
• Helping with corporate office tasks as needed. 

• Attention to computer and monitoring detail
• Data Center/Computer Operations experience
• Organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Available to work evenings, with prior evening shift experience (Required) 
• Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems, SQL Server, or VMWare is a plus
