As a Travel Coordinator Intern, you will assist FAST’s travel team with the coordination and arrangement of travel for employees and other parties. This position will be based at our headquarters in Centennial, Colorado and ideally will take place between February – August 2024. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys a challenging, fast-paced, and professional environment. As FAST continues to grow, we are looking for someone who is willing to jump right in and take on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, analyze, and collect data for workshop reporting.
  • Reconcile employees' travel expenses with the assistance of the finance team.
  • Request receipts from employees and various vendors where necessary for travel expenses.
  • Assist in arranging travel for employees as necessary.
  • Provide timely support and customer service to employees to ensure a smooth travel process.
  • Clearly communicate the travel arrangements/itineraries to the necessary parties. Follow up with necessary parties should there be any last-minute changes to said itinerary.
  • Provide support where needed to the Administrative, Finance, and HR team(s).
  • Respond to employee inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualifications

 

  • Ideal candidate is a current college student studying Business, Liberal Arts, Hospitality/Tourism, or other field related to the role.
  • Possess a high level of energy, be creative and enthusiastic, and have a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the expectation of increasing the hours during the summer months for no less than 20 continuous weeks.
