In 1998, we changed the way government revenue agencies support their business with the introduction of GenTax®. We have expanded beyond Tax and now also perform implementations for Motor Vehicle, Driver License, Unemployment Insurance, and Child Support Engagement agencies.

As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist FAST’s HR team with processes pertaining to recruiting, onboarding, ideas for company wellness initiatives and other HR related tasks. This position will be based at our headquarters in Centennial, Colorado and ideally will be part-time during Fall 2023.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews including scheduling, facilitation, gathering interview notes, and following-up with candidates.
  • Assist with salary research and preparation of offers.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires including uploading into internal systems, conducting background checks, I-9s and E-Verify, etc.
  • Collaborate with the team and give suggestions for new promotional items.
  • Willingness to complete other HR tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be currently working towards a degree in: Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Have a high level of energy, be creative and enthusiastic, and have a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic.
  • Enjoys a challenging, fast-paced, and professional environment and is willing to take on a variety of projects.
  • Willing to work a minimum of 15-20 hours a week for no less than 12 continuous weeks.
