FAST Proposal Specialists are responsible for developing compelling and compliant proposals, strategic messaging, marketing materials, white papers, and additional sales documents that support FAST’s business development activities. Their primary focus is on the development of written responses to government agencies that have issued requests for proposals (RFPs) related to FAST’s software platform, products, and services.
As a FAST Proposal Specialist, you’ll be involved in all aspects of proposal development and management, from initial RFP review and assessment to proposal development and final delivery. In this role, you’ll work with individuals from multiple FAST teams, including our graphics and communications team, legal team, finance team, client-engagement team, technical teams, and executive leadership. The role requires excellent attention to detail, creative and critical thinking, and strong writing and editing skills. It also requires the ability to effectively communicate technical information in written format in a manner that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
This Proposal Specialist position is based in Boise, Idaho as part of FAST’s proposal and marketing team; The ideal candidate will be located in or near Boise, ID. The role includes occasional travel. Salary is commensurate with experience.
